I paid but a post is still locked
Make sure you're signed in with the email you paid with, then refresh the page. Unlocks usually show within a few seconds.
How do I cancel or change my membership?
Go to Account → Membership. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Where do I update my card?
Account → Payment methods. Adding a new card retries any failed payment right away.
I'm not getting the sign-in email
Check spam and promotions, and wait a minute before asking for another link. Links work once and expire after an hour.
